Over the years, The Gismondi Foundation has made a variety of significant grants to local organizations, most of which were used to launch new programs that serve the educational, medical, food or social service needs in western Pennsylvania.

Organizations that wish to apply for a grant should send a letter to The Gismondi Foundation at 310 Grant Street, Suite 700, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. In the letter the organization should describe and include the following information:

Contact information;
Background information on the organization;
Purpose of the grant;
The amount requested;
How the impact of the grant will be measured.
